Sometimes the most profound truths come expressed in the innocent, joyful, and delighted forms that no theory or “best practices” can top…

The essence of leadership is having someone actually following you.

Regardless of your influence and the trust you have built, some thresholds take extra time and patience.

One test of your leadership is how free your followers are to explore new things.

Another is how quickly your team can spring into action.

Always be available for a consultation.

When it’s their moment to shine in the sun, let ‘em shine.

When quittin’ time comes, let ‘em go home.
